A Message From Our Managing Partner in Response to COVID-19

Clients and friends,

In our January 2020 quarterly newsletter named “Dividends”, in my piece “My Annual ‘No Prediction for Next Year’ Letter”, I made a statement regarding what to expect from markets in 2020. I stated:

“Here is what we can expect in 2020: stuff is going to happen, weird stuff, stuff we didn’t see coming and so it’s best to be ready”.

Without a doubt, we couldn’t have predicted the impact of the COVID-19 virus. However, I can say with certainty, Iowa Wealth Management is prepared and ready to serve our clients through these unsure times.

During periods of uncertainty and doubt, we turn to common-sense thinking. Our upmost concern is for our clients, not just for your portfolios, but more importantly for your health and wellbeing. I want to assure you that Iowa Wealth Management is taking every precaution to keep our clients and staff as safe as possible.

Therefore, in an abundance of caution and concern for our clients’ and staff’s welfare, we will suspend all in-person client meetings indefinitely, however our office will remain OPEN and we will continue to provide regular service no differently than you currently receive. All scheduled in-person meetings through the month of March have been rescheduled or transitioned to phone or videoconference.

Our staff is available around the clock, every day of the week, to continue to service your portfolios and assist you in your financial needs. If you need immediate assistance or need to speak with Libby or myself, we are available by phone or videoconference to assist you. We encourage you to call the office, my cell, or Libby’s cell with questions and concerns.

These are unusual times, but I want to reassure you that our team will continue to serve you prudently, and that will not change. Weird stuff is happening, but at Iowa Wealth Management, we continue to be ready.
